Brief Biography

Mr. Ansong is currently the Assistant Registrar in charge of Administration in the Office of the President and CEO of Regent University College of Science and Technology. Prior to his current position, Mr. Ansong worked with the Vice President for Finance and Administration, now the Vice President (Administration and Development) as Administrative Assistant. He joined the University a year after the University had taken off. His immense contributions toward the building of the foundational administrative systems of the University secured him a scholarship award to further his studies at the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands.

Mr. Ansong’s research interests include strategies for Reducing Voluntary Turnover and other HR related areas of managing people in an organization.
