Brief Biography:

Theophilus Neils Otokunor Quarcoopome was born in Accra, Ghana on 4th August 1941. He is Ghanaian by descent with residential address at C335/2, Tackie Tawiah Avenue, Adabraka, Accra. In 1962, he obtained a West African School Certificate from O'Reilly Secondary School in Accra, then proceeded to Government Secondary School in Tamale where in 1964, he obtained a GCE Ordinary Level Certificate. He then went to Accra Workers' College from 1965 - 1966 and acquired a GCE Advanced Level Certificate. For his first degree, he obtained a BA (Hons) in Christian Religious Studies in 1969 from the University of Ghana, Legon.

Mr. Quarcoopome is married with four children - Benito, Peter, Ross and Philip.

Mr. Quarcoopome is the author of numerous books and research papers which have helped students immensely in the West African sub-region.
