Regent-Maastricht MBA Class Meets Director-General of Securities and Exchange Commission

The Regent-Maastricht MBA class had their second Practitioners’ Forum when the Director General of the Securities Exchange Commission of Ghana (SEC), Mr Adu Anane Antwi, took his turn to take the students through the activities of his organization. The forum took place on Tuesday, November 29, 2011. The topic of discussion was “the Role of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in deepening the financial market in Ghana.”

Adimadim JHS Project Takes Shape

Kingsley Larbi, to ensure that children from all over the country benefit from a universally acceptable educational system that would prepare them to compete favourably with their peers around the world is gradually bearing fruit in Adimadim (Kyenku Larbi), a deprived rural settlement within the Suhum Kraboa Coaltar constituency of the Eastern Region of Ghana.

VeePee Advises Foreign Students

The Vice President, Administration and Development, Mr. Albert Amonoo, has advised foreign students in the university to endeavour to obey regulations of the university and the laws of Ghana.

He said so long as they do not fall foul of either the regulations of the university or the laws of the country, they would happily enjoy all privileges extended to foreigners living in the country.

Regent University Launches Eduportal System

The Eduportal System, a web-based platform which enables all academic and administrative issues involving admissions, payment of fees, access to student information, among other things, to be handled electronically, was launched at the University on Tuesday, November 29, 2011.
