Six Sigma

Regent University is offering a holistic suite of education and consulting services for Lean Six Sigma initiatives. The training will provide participants with enhanced problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) model for the Green Belt and Black Belt programmes. Our trained students/clients achieve dramatic and sustainable improvements in quality, waste reduction, cost and operating efficiency. The programme will be lectured and managed by Dr. Godson Tetteh, ASQ CSSBB (American Society of Quality Certified Six Sigma BlackBelt), a world class lecturer with an enviable résumé.
