Responsibility
It is the responsibility of each student to be familiar with university regulations pertaining to financial matters. Regent University does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or interruption of classes, accommodation or meals suffered by any student as a result of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the university. These circumstances include the suspension or termination of services by any group of university employees.The Role of the Business Office
The Student Accounts Office serves as the collection point for all university fees and charges. This office, however, cannot make adjustments to any fees without the permission of the appropriate department. The University Council reserves the right to change any fees at any time.
Registration is not completed until fees are paid.Late Payment and Cancellation
Students who have not paid the semester tuition fee by the end of the 14th day after the date of reopening shall be presumed to have terminated their registration for the semester unless arrangements acceptable to the University have been made with the Vice President (Finance and Administration). A reinstatement fee of ¢ 500,000.00 will be charged. Acceptable arrangements include the making of a credible payment plan with the Vice President (Finance and Administration).Students who have outstanding accounts are not permitted to register again,

not permitted to receive or have sent an official transcript of their record,ot recommended for any degree or diploma until the debt has been paid.

Payment Plan
First Semester of enrollment: Full payment (100%) of Semester Fees Second Semester: Payment by installment 50% at the beginning of the 2nd Semester
25% by the Mid-Semester
25% before end of Semester Examinations

Refund Policy and Schedule
No reduction of charges will be granted unless application is made within two weeks of any change in programme or departure of the students. Students who withdraw from the university after the fourth week of classes will receive no adjustment on tuition and fees. Those whose study is interrupted by the University for Disciplinary Reasons will receive no adjustment on tuition and fees after the third week of classes. If a student withdraws during a semester and requests a refund of advanced payments, the following rules will determine the amount of adjustment, provided the student withdraws formally through the Admissions and Records Office. Tuition and fees, with the exception of Freshmen Documentation Fee and registration fees, will be adjusted on the following percentages. Schedule
Two (2) workdays following the first meeting of classes Full refund.
Second week following the first meeting of classes 50% refund.
Fourth week following first meeting of classes 25% refund.
After the fourth week No refund.Note: A Refund Request Form must be collected from the Accounts Office and be completed for all cash refunds.

Mode of Payment of Fees
All first year students are required to pay the first semester’s fee upfront before commencement of classes. Payment of subsequent terms’ fees may be made in three instalments (50% at the beginning of a semester or term and 25% during midterm, and the balance paid before the end of semester/trimester exams).
